Cables — this is just a reminder that you may want to keep an extra cable available in case something happens to the first one. There is nothing more frustrating than when a cable decides to malfunction when you are in the middle of an ID card project.
Cleaning kit — although many people may not see this as an accessory it is because it helps your ID card printer run more smoothly and it can extend the life of it. Purchasing a kit is a better idea than trying to use harmful chemicals on the machine. Usually you can purchase a kit that is specifically created for your model.
Things You Will Need To Support ID Printing
Badge Holders — although this may be more a general supply in many cases, it is an essential piece of the ID card printer accessories if you are going to present an entire package. If you purchase these for your employees it is a better idea to keep several on hand in case of loss or in case you are making new ID cards.
